Overview of our pricing structure and policies

to ensure a smooth and transparent experience

PRICING:
Office Visits:
Initial Consultation: $395-$495

Appointment for you and Dr. Ashley to collaborate on your health care needs and goals. This is a comprehensive consult where Dr. Ashley will take the time to thoroughly understand your health history, current concerns, and symptoms you are experiencing. From there, Dr. Ashley will develop a personalized treatment plan to support your healing journey and help you achieve optimal health. Duration: 60 Minute: For patients with one to two issues or concerns  90 Minute: For patients with complex or multiple issues and concerns $75 deposit is required to book your initial consult. This amount will be applied to your visit unless you don't show up, cancel with less than a 48 hour notice, or reschedule more than twice. We are a part of a Private Membership Association (PMA). A one-time fee of $25 will be charged at your visit, granting you a lifetime membership. ​

Follow - Up Post Initial Consult: $375-$395

Appointment dedicated to a thorough review of your lab and specialty testing results. Based on diagnostic findings, you will gain a deeper understanding of your health, have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of your health. Dr. Ashley will develop a customized treatment plan to guide you on your path to wellness. Duration: 45 Minute: One to two test results 60 Minute: Three test results This appointment is usually scheduled two to three months after your initial consultation, depending on how quickly you complete your testing and the turnaround time for results ​

 Follow - Up: $270-$295

Appointment for established patients to ensure your care remains effective, is aligned with your health goals, and is tailored to your needs. This visit allows Dr. Ashley to review your progress, assess the efficiency of your current treatment plan, and explore any new recommendations to support your overall well-being. ​ These ongoing appointments typically occur every 6 months and may include general follow-up lab panels ordered before the visit. Duration: 45 Minute: One to two test results 60 Minute: Three test results

​Quick Visit: $250

Appointment for established patients who need to address a single minor concern that does not require a comprehensive health assessment. It is intended for medication checks (testosterone management) and/or reviewing SIBO results. Duration: 30 Minute

Meet The Doctor: $75

Appointment to give you the opportunity to get acquainted with our clinic and meet Dr. Ashley. It allows you to determine if she is the right fit for your health care needs and/or to receive IV therapy with us. You'll have the chance to ask questions and learn more about Dr. Ashley's approach to your care. This visit is for a general discussion only, not for detailed medical evaluations or treatments. If you choose to become a patient with Dr. Ashley, we will apply the $75 to your initial consultation. Duration: 15 Minutes We are a part of a Private Membership Association (PMA). A one-time fee of $25 will be charged at your visit, granting you a lifetime membership.

Treatments:
Intramuscular Injections: Starts at $35 

Injection therapy delivers proprietary formulations through quick intramuscular injections, taking less than 5 minutes. This efficient method provides a direct boost of essential vitamins and nutrients to support your health. We offer a variety of targeted injections to meet your wellness needs. Prices vary based on the nutrients in each injection, with discounts available for bundled purchases

 Intravenous (IV) Therapy: Starts at $195 

IV Therapy is a powerful and efficient way to replenish essential nutrients for optimal healing and wellness. Variety of nutrients available including multivitamins and peptides. Ozone therapy and EDTA chelation available as well. IV's are administered intravenously over the course of 45 minutes to a few hours providing immediate benefits and helping you to restore balance, improve cellular function, and accelerate your journey to better health. Pricing varies based on the IV formula, nutrients, and treatment protocol tailored to your healing needs - bundle packages offer even greater savings.

 Injection Therapy:  Starts at $200 

Variety of Injections including Prolozone, PIT, Stemcells/Exosomes administered by Dr. Ashley designed to stimulate healing, reduce pain, repair damaged tissues, and promote cell regeneration. Botox also available for migraines and aesthetic enhancement . Prices depends on the type of treatment, its purpose, and individual needs. Bundle packages offer greater discounts for added savings.

 Class 4 Laser: Starts at $45

Laser Therapy promotes healing decreases pain, facilitates healing pre and post surgery. Treats conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, sciatica, arthritis and more. For maximum benefits, a series of treatments is recommended. To make it more affordable, we offer bundled packages at discounted rates

Rife: Starts at $200

Rife Therapy uses light energy and electromagnetic fields at specific frequency vibration to kill pathogenic organisms or to heal tissue. For maximum benefits, a series of treatments is recommended. To make it more affordable, we offer bundled packages at discounted rates

6 / UBI (Urine Blood Isode) Starts at $78

Used most commonly for allergies. Also used for autoimmune diagnosis, cancer and chronic infections. Protocol is a to receive 8 injections either once weekly for 8 weeks or 2 times a week for 4 weeks, then maintenance injections monthly if needed. Purchasing a bundle of 8 injections saves you 20%.

Diagnostic Testing:
Specialty Tests & Blood Work : Prices vary and are subject to change

We offer a variety of testing options tailored to your unique needs, with cost depending on the specific tests selected. These tests are essential for Dr. Ashley to accurately diagnose health conditions, identify underlying disorders, and to guide treatment decisions. Some routine lab work may be covered by your insurance. Flex spending accounts can often be used. Before completing these tests, it is recommended to check with your insurance to see if ordered tests are covered. Our goal is to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible while ensuring transparency about any additional costs-so there are no surprises. While Dr. Ashley may recommend additional specialty tests not listed, here are the most common ones along with their pricing: Meridian Hormone panel $ 287 Vibrant Lab Panels: $250-$400 Doctors Data Heavy Metals: 2 kits, $79 each Mosaic Mycotoxin Mold Test: $310 Vibrant Total Tox Burden : $520 (Heavy metals, Mycotoxins, and environmentals) FoodMarble SIBO: $240 Prodrome Scan: $349

 Scans: Prices dependent on insurance coverage

When necessary, Dr. Ashley may order additional CT Scans Ultrasound, MRI's, or Xray's and will order at facilities covered by your insurance.

Supplements:

We offer a selection of high-quality supplements in our office carefully chosen by Dr. Ashley for their proven benefits. These supplements aren't widely available, making them a unique addition to your personalized care plan. Dr. Ashley may also recommend Fullscripts, an easy and convenient way to access directly from your Power to Patient portal. Once you order online, Fullscripts will deliver them directly to your door. Supplements are not generally covered by insurance, although some HSA/Flex spending accounts will give reimbursement

Medications:

Medications will be used when absolutely necessary but the primary goal is to support the body's natural ability to heal by addressing the root causes of illness and promoting a clean balanced lifestyle. By prioritizing nutrition, movement, stress management, and targeted supplementation, Dr. Ashley can often reduce or eliminate the need for medications. The key is to empower the body to function at its best, promoting true healing and long-term vitality.

Peptides:

We offer a range of peptide therapies tailored to your specific needs, including growth hormone- releasing peptides, weight loss peptides to support metabolism, healing peptides to accelerate tissue repair and more. Dr. Ashley carefully selects the right peptide therapy for you based on your individual health goals and conditions. We provide both injectable and oral peptide options, as well as IV peptide therapies for enhanced absorption. If you are new to injectables, we offer hands- on training to ensure you feel confident in self-administration. Our Medication Teach sessions are scheduled for 15 minutes for $15. Our goal is to make peptide therapy accessible and easy to incorporate into your routine while ensuring you get the maximum benefits

POLICIES:
Office Visit Fees:

Payment for your office visit is due after your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. For phone visits, you will be contacted after the visit to collect payment

Office Visit Reimbursement:

While most insurance plans do not cover our visits, patients with a PPO,EPO, HSA or FSA may submit a superbill for partial reimbursement. We charge a $10 fee per superbill to cover the resources and bookkeeping involved. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you notify us and make the payment on the day of your visit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Once completed, your invoice and encounter form will be uploaded under your documents in your P2P portal. You will need to print both documents to submit to your insurance provider.

Office Visit Cancellations, No Shows, & Reschedules:

Your scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for you and typically last longer than those at traditional doctor's offices. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. this helps us minimize disruptions to the schedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, no show your appointment, or reschedule more than twice, a $75 fee will be charged, and we will require this payment before scheduling another appointment. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance as a form of payment. As a private membership, we do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide guidance on reimbursement options. For more details, please refer to our office visit reimbursement policy. Forms of payment include: cash, credit cards, and checks.

Primary Care Provider Required:

All new patients are required to have a primary care doctor to handle emergencies, routine care , and screening. Dr. Ashley serves as a functional medicine consultant alongside your current healthcare team and is not intended to replace your PCP.

New Patient Registration:

Your patient questionnaire in Power to Patient (P2P) needs to be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to your initial consultation to avoid the need for rescheduling. This allows you time to complete the registration and Dr. Ashley sufficient time to review your information ensuring a productive appointment. Once registered in P2P, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to set up a password. From there, you can log in, complete the questionnaire, enter your medications and supplements with dosages, and e-sign the office policies and membership application- These must be signed prior to your first visit.

Private Membership Association:

To become a patient at Restorative Health Ministries, we require that you sign your membership application and pay a one-time fee of $25. As a member, we do not share any of your personal or medical information with external parties, and we do not get involved in any disability or legal proceedings. You will always have access to your After Visit Summary (AVS) and any external records, but we do not disclose any additional information. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities. "Restorative Ministries is a Private Ministerial Association. By joining Restorative Ministries, a Private Ministerial Association hereinafter "Association", and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained , or organized by the Association, you will be required to sign the terms and conditions of Restorative Ministries Agreement".

Patient Communication:

For the best way to contact us as a patient , please use the messaging feature in your Power to Patient portal. You can send us a message and we will address any questions or concerns you may have. We aim to maintain open communication with you and will respond to messages within 24 to 48 hours. All phone calls will also be returned within the same timeframe. Please note that emails are not HIPAA- compliant, so do not share sensitive information. Patient information should be submitted through the portal only. Kindly keep your messages brief, and if you have an urgent matter, please reach out to your primary care physician or urgent care/ER.
